The single bedroom tudor style cottage rests on half an acre of manicured gardens along with the main home while the spring-fed Angas River forms the rear boundary of the property.
Feed the trout and ducks in the crystal clear waters of the river, stroll to the Three Brothers Arms for a wood oven pizza and an imported ale, or use the Bed & Breakfast (B&B) as a base for exploring the Adelaide Hills towns such as Hahndorf, Strathalbyn, Meadows, Echunga and Mount Barker.
Provisions for a full cooked breakfast are provided for you to prepare at your leisure. We source local ingredients wherever possible, and it doesn't get more local than our chooks laying eggs within sight of the cottage! When in season home grown tomatoes are also available. We supply award winning Kanmantoo bacon, mushrooms and of course plenty of fresh bread, plunger coffee, juice, and a huge selection of teas. A selection of cereals is always at hand should you desire a simpler breakfast.
Riddlesdown Cottage B&B is located in the main street of Macclesfield in the Adelaide Hills, 37km South East of Adelaide.
